    The role you’ll contribute:

    The Manager of Financial Planning and Decision provides data analysis and decision support to the hospital. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of data and analysis provided within the agreed upon timeframe with customers. The Manager of Financial Planning and Decision Support is responsible for managing the division's Finance and Decision Support processes and validating the division's cost accounting process with Corporate.

    The value you’ll bring to the team:

    • Interacts with executive management, physicians, department leaders and clinical staff to provide the data and analysis necessary for effective strategic decision-making

    • Serves as an expert on the hospital’s cost accounting system and other reporting systems and software tools

    • Develops Pro-Formas for business opportunities

    • Proactively looks for expense and revenue opportunities

    Qualifications

    •** **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.

    • 5 years of healthcare financial experience, preferably in hospital setting.
