The role you’ll contribute:
Responsible for the coordination of continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards across AdventHealth hospitals. Develops leading practice regulatory program, structures and processes to drive optimal regulatory compliance and competence. Serves as primary expert, facilitator and consultant for regulatory matters.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
+ Lead the regulatory structure, committee and/or council. Ensure proficiency and efficacy of chapter/standard leaders. Oversee, verify and finalize annual regulatory compliance assessments.
+ Coordinate all state licensure, federal and accreditation surveys. Participate I other regulatory reviews (i.e., Board of Pharmacy, Radiology, Lab, Food Services) as appropriate. Oversee post-survey procedures.
+ Facilitate entity-level regulatory education.
+ Lead proactive compliance assessments, tracers, audits, direct observations and interviews. Coordinate tracer teams. Participate in development of system education and tracer tools and data repository needs.

Required qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Related experience
Preferred qualifications:
+ Healthcare or clinical degree
+ Lean Six Sigma certification
