    PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a skilled Project Manager to support global HR Technology initiatives for a leader in the manufacturing industry. In this high-impact role, you will lead complex, cross-functional HR technology projects from strategy to execution—enhancing productivity, streamlining operations, and improving the employee experience at scale.

    About the Role

    As the HR Technology Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of major initiatives that transform how HR functions globally. You’ll lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to operational transition, working closely with internal teams, business leaders, and third-party vendors. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape HR systems and processes across a dynamic, international organization.

    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead global HR technology projects from planning through post-launch support

    + Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders

    + Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and financial forecasts

    + Drive HR process improvement initiatives in partnership with HR leaders and IT

    + Manage risk, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with business goals

    + Oversee requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation phases

    + Conduct cross-functional meetings, ensure coordination across departments, and lead training efforts

    + Prepare executive-level updates and status reports

    + Track progress using project management tools and Agile methodology

    + Evaluate project outcomes and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery

     

    What We’re Looking For

    Required Qualifications:

    + 5+ years of professional project management experience, preferably in HR technology

    + College degree in a relevant field

    + Experience with cloud-based HR platforms (Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, or SuccessFactors)

    + Strong understanding of Agile methodology and project management tools

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure

    + Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

    + Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Background in the manufacturing industry or large enterprise environments

    + Experience coordinating global teams and implementations

    + Ability to identify organizational improvement opportunities and lead change initiatives

    **Pay Details:** $70.28 per hour
