    _Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 | $20.00/hr | Full-Time | 12-Month Consultant Role | 1st Shift (Mon–Fri)_

    PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a detail-oriented and skilled **Electro Mechanical Assembler** to join our team in Phoenix. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with precision and purpose to assemble components that power aerospace technology. Your expertise in soldering and mechanical assembly will directly support innovation that takes flight.

     

    This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Perform repetitive electro-mechanical assembly of medium to large components using machines or hand tools.

    + Read and interpret blueprints or bills of material to guide accurate assembly processes.

    + Utilize soldering skills to assemble parts and ensure quality connections—this is a solder-intensive role.

    + Support production quotas by performing tasks efficiently and to exacting standards.

    + Follow safety and quality guidelines consistently to maintain high production standards.

    + Document work and follow standard operating procedures with minimal supervision.

    What You’ll Bring:

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent.

    + Extensive hands-on **soldering experience** —this is a must.

    + Familiarity with reading and interpreting technical blueprints and manufacturing documentation.

    + Comfort with repetitive tasks and operating machinery in a production environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + **Current solder certification** is highly desirable.

    + Previous experience in aerospace, electronics manufacturing, or precision assembly.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions closely.

    **Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
