Job Description

What You’ll Do:

As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll:

+ Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.

+ Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.

+ Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.

+ Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.

+ Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.

+ Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.

+ Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.

+ Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.

+ Other duties as assigned.

+ Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.

+ The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.

+ A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

Physical Demands and Work Environment

+ Must work in hot and cold environments

+ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day

+ Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

+ Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, push, and pull heavy objects and materials

Work Schedule

The Online Shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week) The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
