Job Title : Staff Accountant

Location : North Scottsdale, AZ (near East Bell Road and the 101)

Compensation : $65k-$70k

Employment Type : Full Time with Benefits (Medical, Life, Dental, Vision, and 401k)

Schedule : Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. No nights, no weekends, and no major holidays!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Staff Accountant to support our accounting team in managing daily accounting activities. Key Responsibilities:

+ Record and enter accounting transactions for multiple entities

+ Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations

+ Assist with accounts payable (A/P) processing and check payments

+ Contribute to financial statement preparation

+ Support payroll processing and payroll-related tasks

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies with strong analytical skills

+ Adhere to company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

+ Assist with miscellaneous office tasks and ad-hoc projects

+ Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation of transactions

+ Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

+ 4+ years of accounting experience

+ Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles

+ High level of integrity and adherence to ethical standards

+ Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (preferred)
