Job Purpose
Responsible for managing and improving key hiring-related programs and projects. This role focuses on enhancing candidate experience, streamlining recruitment processes, and executing strategic initiatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The Role’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Recruitment Process Optimization: Develop and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Outreach Strategy Development: Design and implement innovative outreach initiatives to engage passive candidates and create a robust talent pipeline.
+ Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and agencies. As well as manage the contingent workforce program.
+ Network and Community Engagement: Develop relationships with universities, professional organizations, and industry networks to create and maintain partnerships that support talent acquisition initiatives.
+ Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach strategies and operational processes, providing insights for continuous improvement.
+ Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align outreach efforts with hiring needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
+ Brand Promotion: Work with marketing teams to enhance the employer brand through targeted outreach campaigns, events, and social media engagement.
+ Diversity and Inclusion: Implement strategies to attract diverse talent, ensuring inclusive hiring practices and promoting a diverse workplace.
+ Training and Support: Provide training to hiring managers and recruitment staff on best practices in outreach and operational processes.
Required Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a year-for-year basis.
+ 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or Recruitment Marketing, with a focus on outreach and process improvement.
Preferred Experience
+ Experience in workforce planning for seasonal and fluctuating demand.
+ Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment efforts.
+ Experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Skills & Abilities
+ Proven track record in developing successful outreach strategies and optimizing recruitment processes.
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in networking and relationship building.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to travel as needed for recruitment or other HR events, approximately 25% of time.
+ Knowledge of industry trends in talent acquisition, outreach techniques, and employer branding strategies.
+ Proficiency in data analysis to track and optimize recruitment metrics.
+ Valid Driver’s license with the ability to meet the MRC Global vehicle policy.

+ Work is primarily performed in an office setting, requiring the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
