CBA Position:
Starting pay $21.00 with progression to $23.00 over 3 years.

As a Passenger Inquiry Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance.
Your main responsibilities will include:
+ Assisting passengers with inquiries regarding schedules, routes, and fares.
+ Handling ticket sales and reservations.
+ Providing information on travel policies and procedures.
+ Addressing and resolving passenger complaints and issues.
+ Maintaining accurate records of transactions and passenger interactions.
+ Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
+ Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
