    Job Overview

     

    Welu is seeking a results-driven and well-spoken individual for a **Sales Representative** position **.** We are looking for an adept communicator who likes to meet new people and develop relationships. The candidate will focus on helping our clients develop marketing campaigns that encompass omnichannel marketing using Welu’s products and services. Ideally, the candidate will have some knowledge of the printing industry, digital marketing, social media and other emerging technologies. If you have a passion for business development and a knack for creating effective marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you!

    What Qualities We Want:

    + Dynamic communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.

    + Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.

    + Ability to analyze client needs and develop creative, results-oriented solutions.

    + Sales experience, preferred, in printing, marketing, or a related field. We will train as needed.

    What You'll Do:

    + Learn the business of print, mail, and marketing and become the expert for our clients.

    + Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities.

    + Collaborate with potential clients to understand their goals and recommend tailored integrated marketing campaigns using print, direct mail, and social media strategies.

    + Partner with internal teams to achieve the client's goals and expectations.

    + Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
