A leading agricultural equipment company is seeking a Service Manager for its Platteville, WI location. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in a growing organization. The Store Service Manager will report to the Store Manager and oversee day-to-day service operations while ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide exceptional support and communication to retail and internal customers

+ Assign technicians based on skills and job requirements

+ Create and manage work orders to optimize parts usage and labor efficiency

+ Make warranty decisions and process warranty claims

+ Communicate policies, procedures, and company updates to the team

+ Schedule and oversee training to meet service standards

+ Resolve customer complaints in a timely, satisfactory manner

+ Partner with suppliers to support product improvements and R&D

Qualifications:

+ Proven success in a similar service management role

+ Strong leadership and communication skills

+ Passion for agricultural equipment and customer service

+ Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach

+ Relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience preferred
