Pay: $57.56 - $92.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
Summary:
The Director Supply Chain operations is a University Hospital Anschutz leadership role for system supply operations. The Director Supply Chain Operations leads the Anschutz campus supply operations, inventory planning, and warehousing operations for the campus. This role is responsible for strategy and operational delivery for supply operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Director plays a key role in the health system's strategic and operational efforts by:
+ Lead a team of supply operations managers at Anschutz to manage safe and reliable products to manager locations.
+ Lead inventory planning for campus and Smith Rd. warehouse to ensure safety stock and appropriate inventory levels.
+ Coordinate with Smith Road warehouse to ensure continuity of supply and reduced risks of shortages or gaps in critical products.
+ Lead the overall performance of the supply chain related to inventory accuracy and control.
+ Define and implement inventory control key productivity indicators (KPI's)
+ Create and maintain inventory control, audit, and cycle count procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with company policies and procedures.
+ Build and manage strategic relationships with key customers at Anschutz campus to deliver on a consistent quality and minimal risk to supply operations with high level of customer engagement.

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field. Masters preferred.
+ 5 years of experience in successfully managing complex hospital and patient care supply operations, including 3 years of leadership/management experience.
