Who You Are:
The **Sales Operations Specialist** performs a broad range of sales support services including assisting with generating accurate and competitive quotes for potential & existing customers, reviewing contracts for accuracy, supporting the sales team and other internal departments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient quoting process. This ideal candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the sales process by managing quotes and contracts using Salesforce as our primary CRM tool as well as executing established processes and providing essential administrative support to the sales team and other internal stakeholders Your expertise will directly support the sales team in streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall efficiency in contract execution.
What You Will Do:
+ Collaborate with sales executives to understand their requirements and provide support when needed in building accurate and timely quotes.
+ Conduct thorough checks to ensure the accuracy of quotes and contracts, identifying any discrepancies or errors, and rectifying them promptly.
+ Serve as a point of contact for sales executives and effectively communicate necessary support throughout the quote and contract process. This involves coordinating any revisions or updates, addressing sales-related inquiries, and assisting in resolving any issues that may arise.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth contract execution and adherence to deadlines.
+ Maintain and update contract and quote records in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes for clean and effective billing
+ Adhere to established security safeguards, procedures, and other Company policies.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need to be Successful:
+ Current Salesforce.com CRM experience
+ Proven experience in quote and contract management, preferably within a sales environment
+ Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
+ Three or more years relevant work experience
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
+ Proven customer-facing administrative support, multitasking, and time management skills
+ Prior experience in a data center and/or IT environment preferred
+ Positive, can-do attitude
+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well organized, with solid attention to detail
+ Results orientation and attention to timely and accurate completion of daily work requirements
+ Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
+ Demonstrated ability to interact constructively with individuals at all levels within the organization and to work in a team environment
