Job Description
1. Interface with the client, stakeholders, and other consultants, at all project stages and provide commercial assurance
2. Ensure that key information and learning generated from each commission inputted into internal databases and shared.
3. Lead proposals for new work or variations for existing projects from initial RFP reception through to full delivery.
4. Attend relevant networking events and other promotional opportunities.
5. Financial management – Utilize the tools provided keep track of the ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission.
6. Reconcile changes that occur over the planning phase and assist the general contractor to ensure that their data is accurate.
7. Quality Control – ensure compliance with quality standards and participation in ISO audits.
8. Communicate or meet with general contractor and owner project manager to gather status information to prepare a cost estimate update.
9. Prepare written comments to the general contractor’s submissions, including the executive summary. Coordinate all sources of cost information for cost discussions and suppliers direct from NPA, subs, quantities from A/Es,
10. Provide full estimating and cost planning services (including cost reporting, dashboard reporting and all financial construction reporting) to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
11. Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects. Complete timely, accurate cost checking and valuation processes.
12. Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.
13. Prepare funding data presentations and coordinate VE sessions with stakeholders.
14. Understand cost (material prices, labor, productivities) as well as commit profiles, cashflow, LLE dates, and overall project cost.
15. Advise clients on value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing

**JOB TIME** : Full Time
**SALARY RANGE:** $192,000 to $225,000/year
Qualifications
**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:** Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology in Industry Systems or Related Field and 6 years of experience in job offered or 6 years of experience in the Related Occupation
