Join Sam's Club MAP as our Manager of Learning and Development, where you'll spearhead the creation of innovative training content that transforms onboarding into an engaging and impactful experience. About Member Access Platform (MAP)

Sam’s Club MAP is an ad tech startup inside one of the world’s largest and most successful companies—Walmart. We’re building a retail media and retail experience network, helping brands and advertisers engage Sam’s Club members at the right moment, using data on millions of transactions.

What you’ll do…

+ Develop and manage the MAP onboarding program and support training requests

+ Audit existing learning materials and review/edit final drafts

+ Adapt content to changing learner needs

+ Collaborate with subject matter experts

+ Align content with business goals and initiatives

+ Provide project status updates to stakeholders

+ Research industry techniques that increase facilitation effectiveness

+ Develop best practice approaches and integrate them into the facilitation program

+ Deliver training materials and assess facilitator performance

+ Collaborate with internal customers and engage in facilitation interventions to build facilitator capability

+ Proven experience in Learning and Development management

+ Experience in enablement and training content development that drives associate efficiency and competency mastery

+ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related field and 2 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
