What You'll Do
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, operational, and corporate roles, with a focus on hiring for architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) disciplines.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, develop customized sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
+ Act as a brand ambassador, providing an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
+ Proactively source, engage, and build pipelines of talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative sourcing tactics.
+ Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in our ATS (JazzHR) and provide regular updates and metrics.
+ Collaborate with the marketing team on employer branding initiatives and strategies to drive candidate interest.
Who You Are
+ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis in the architectural, engineering, and construction (A/E/C) industries.
+ Proven ability to generate strong pipelines across technical and professional roles.
+ Highly consultative recruiter who builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and delivers tailored solutions.
+ Excellent communicator who prioritizes candidate experience and professionalism at every step.
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple roles and deadlines without losing momentum.
+ Experienced user of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with JazzHR is a big plus.
Nice To Haves
+ Past experience recruiting in an agency or staffing environment.
+ Knowledge of industry-specific certifications, licenses, and qualification standards in the A/E/C sectors.
+ Familiarity with employer branding strategies and content creation to support hiring initiatives.
+ Experience working in a high-growth or multi-office environment.
