    Position Overview:

    The Quality Manager plays a critical role in driving quality management, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility. This position is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing best practices, and leading quality assurance efforts to uphold the highest standards of patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in quality improvement, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Oversee and implement quality management and improvement programs to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

    + Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and other regulatory agencies while maintaining industry best practices.

    + Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to drive consistency and excellence in care delivery.

    + Develop and update policies, procedures, and training programs to align with regulatory changes and best practices.

    + Lead quality audits, performance improvement initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies across departments.

    + Train and mentor staff on quality standards, accreditation readiness, and process improvement methodologies.

    + Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to identify trends and implement evidence-based improvements.

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Bachelor's degree required.

    + Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in quality management within healthcare.

    + **Licensure/Certifications:** **Must** be a certified Registered Nurse (RN).

    + Skills:

    + In-depth knowledge of quality management, quality improvement, and compliance procedures.

    + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to assess, monitor, and improve healthcare services based on regulatory and quality standards.

    + Familiarity with regulatory agencies and healthcare regulations (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS).

    + Experience in leading cross-functional teams to implement quality initiatives.
