The Computer Systems Engineering team is responsible for managing the Windows and macOS Operating Systems, Hardware standards and policies for the enterprise user community. This will involve escalations from support, automation of workflows, scripting, Intune administration, Jamf administration, 3rd party software configuration and working side by side with the security and network teams to bring the best user experience to the user community. In this role we are looking for Windows 10 and 11 experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with Intune, MacOS devices, and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the development of workstation standards, build and design new software packages for self-service portals. We are also needing someone to respond to system alerts, outages, service requests on an on-call basis.

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving our strategic initiatives, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our IT operations.
What You’ll Do
Lead the development and implementation of automation tools to streamline infrastructure maintenance.
Oversee coding standards and quality, ensuring robust and secure software solutions.
Analyze and optimize IT resource utilization and capacity management.
Resolve complex technical issues and provide guidance on best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and design scalable systems.
What You’ll Bring
Expertise in automation tools (e.g., Chef, Puppet) and scripting languages.
Proficiency in coding with languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, and frameworks like .NET and Cocoa.
Strong understanding of infrastructure maintenance, configuration management, and version control.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) and middleware integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex projects independently.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
