Job Description
As the ServiceNow Architect Manager at AbbVie, you will take on a critical hands-on role, driving the technical architecture, development, QA/Testing, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role is essential in aligning ServiceNow’s capabilities with our business processes, Stakeholders, and strategic objectives, ensuring seamless integration across IT, customer service, HR, facilities, security, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
+ Lead architecture, development, and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
+ Partner with key leaders across the BTS and BTO organizations to establish governance, design, development and support practices to ensure continuous delivery of value.
+ Define governance models and best practices to maintain high standards for data quality, security, compliance, and performance.
+ Drive the implementation and optimization of solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage service vendors, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that meet enterprise needs.
+ Serve as the platform owner, managing the roadmap, feature backlog, and quarterly release planning.
+ Stay current with platform capabilities and industry trends to inform strategic improvements.
+ Champion Agile practices and shifts the organization toward a platform delivery mindset.
+ Thought leader in establishing best practices and automation in continued maturity of ITSM and related toolsets.
+ Platform Maintenance & Upgrades: Oversee the implementation of platform updates, patches, and new releases, ensuring minimal disruption and alignment with organizational needs
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
+ 7+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across platform applications
+ 7+ years of experience with architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow systems, solutions, and tools across the Platform
+ Experience with requirements management and Agile development practices
+ Experience in the development of ServiceNow implementation strategies and roadmaps for optimal implementation leveraging best practices
+ Experience with leading development teams (SMPs) providing guidance and mentorship for staff members while sharing experiences
+ Ability to collaborate with project and proposal teams effectively to incorporate ServiceNow solutions and while articulating high-quality implementation plans
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) certification

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

Salary: $106,500 - $202,500
