Duties and Responsibilities

_Essential duties and responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:_

+ Place orders for garments and allied weekly

+ Monitors, tracks, and follows up on orders with outside vendors.

+ Orders New Accounts/Increases, communicate account details to MGR and follow up any outstanding issues.

+ Receive orders, verify packing slips to PO.

+ Receive and count stock items, and key data into stockroom system

+ Pack and unpack items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms. Mark stock items using identification form.

+ From GTS system, print and track all the receivers associated to any order.

+ Provide assistance or direction to stockroom associates.

+ Print the Customers Variance Report every Quarter.

+ Help with a monthly inventory.

+ Maintains safe and clean work environment and observes best practices in all production activities.

+ Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ High school degree or equivalent preferred.

+ Ability to understand all required training, written, and verbal instructions.

+ Solid computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office software.

+ Working knowledge of basic math skills.

+ Good verbal and/or written communication skills.

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

+ Ability to meet attendance schedule.

Working Conditions

Work is performed in a warehouse setting. Work is based on a shift schedule and may include weekends. Overtime required as needed.
