    Overview:

    Seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Program Manager (PM) to lead contract execution for a multi-year cybersecurity operations and maintenance program at the U.S. Air Force Academy. The PM will oversee day-to-day delivery, manage a team of cleared cyber professionals, and serve as the primary interface with Government stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage all aspects of program delivery, performance, staffing, and reporting

    + Oversee daily cybersecurity operations, compliance activities, and system maintenance

    + Serve as the primary liaison with Government COR and technical leads

    + Ensure alignment with RMF, NIST 800-171, and DoD cybersecurity policies

    + Maintain contract schedules, deliverables, and quality standards

    + Support recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel

    + Track progress in eMASS and ensure timely ATO documentation and updates

    + Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities, if applicable

    Qualifications:

    + 7+ years of experience managing DoD cybersecurity programs

    + Demonstrated experience overseeing RMF, eMASS, and NIST 800-171 implementation

    + Prior experience supporting or managing hybrid cybersecurity teams

    + Excellent client-facing, organizational, and leadership skills

    + Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

    + DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP)

    + PMP certification preferred
