Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

+ ·Provide administrative and clerical support to management and salesstaff
+ ·Assist with sales phone calls
+ ·Creation of purchase orders
+ Daily use of Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, word processing and database software to prepare reports, memos, and documents
+ General clerical duties including sorting incoming mail and filing
+ Assist in company event planning, trade shows, etc.
+ Creation and maintenance of electronic and physical files
+ Daily departmental timecard entry and review
+ Other duties as assigned
Essential Functions:
+ Ability to lift up to 25lbs
+ Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
+ Ability to work overtime as needed
Required Qualifications:
+ ·Minimum 3 years of administrative support in a sales setting is preferred.
+ ·High School diploma or equivalent required
+ ·Associates Degree and/or additional experience within the construction industry are a plus
+ ·Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point
+ ·Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines, multi-line phone, etc.)
+ ·Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
+ ·Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
+ ·Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
+ ·Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ ·Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
+ ·Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Compensation:
Competitive wage commensurate with experience. Excellent benefit package including company paid health, dental and vision insurance with a company-funded retirement plan.
Salary Range $21.00 - 25.00/hour
Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, overtime when applicable, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
