What you'll be doing as a Retail Manager And Retail Operation Manager** **:

+ Keep an updatred list of customers within territory , Schedule and complete continuous visits to customer while creating necessities, increasing sales, and mantaining and developing customer relationships

+ Identify and pursue potential new customers and /or projects awithin territory for potential sales with a defined and organized strategy

+ Ensure mobile units have the necessary Inventory, restock and Identify new products to improve sales product offering helping to enhance Messers product porfolio within packaged gases, Hardware, safety an related services equipmemnt

+ Identify customer service problems and proactevily help retail branches to solve them

+ Undertand customer needs, values , and priorities to ensure excellence customer service experience

+ Stay current on market shares product supply, and dnew development /activitiesin the field including main Competitors

+ Conduct post sales reviews to define the resons with salesteam and improved sales, for wins and losses and possible corrective actions to share with sales team and improve sales

+ Plans and complete billing activity on regular and timely basis

+ Inputs accurate , timely and complete customer and prospect information qinto CRM so account history is easely retroactive and accesible

+ Control, document , and report mobile units inventory

+ Util1ze all personal protective equipment in all aspects of daily task 'with all DTO And Meser standards and policies including but not limited to speed managment , Seat Belts , In Cab Comunicaton , Including limited so speed managemt , cones and hrs of Service

+ Report To Work property rested and ensure rest breaks to prevent fatigue

+ Perform all tasks required in loading including but not limited to product transfer , quality analysis, quality documentation and customer required certificate of analysis

+ Work in accordance

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

+ Commercial truck driver licence (cat. 8nor 9 )

+ Problem solving

+ Product process knowledge

+ Time and Territory managment

+ Planning and organizing

+ High School Diploma

+ Experience commercial driver , with preferred 1 year of experience

+ Drug test required
