Deliver Driver / Furniture Mover

PeopleReady of Ventura, CA is now hiring Deliver Drivers / Furniture Movers in Santa Barbara, CA! Mammoth Movers position would be driving a moving truck, loading and unloading furniture to and from residences and businesses and some light customer service as well. May also have to help with loading and unloading storage units occasionally. This position is on call, each project will be confirmed by 5 PM the prior day.

Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $18 - $22 / hour*_

What you'll be doing as a Deliver Driver / Furniture Mover:

+ A lot of driving and lifting

+ Deliver or pick up merchandise based on a specified route following company procedure

+ Load and unload vehicles

+ Verify the contents of inventory loads against the shipping papers

+ Secure signatures from customers as required

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: All Available

Job requirements:

+ A clean driving record

+ Minimum six months of delivery experience in a customer-facing environment

+ Valid driver's license

+ Some Delivery Driver assignments have additional screening requirements, such as an MVR check
