    _Note: The hourly rate for this position is $19 - $26 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.     Responsibilities:

    + Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

    + Work with metal and wood framing, use hand or electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install framework, read and understand blueprints and drawings.

    + Be confident in framing, measuring, trim work, and finishing work.

    Qualifications:

    + Ability to read a tape measure, may have to lift up to 50+ lbs, use of power drills and tools, self motivator, work part of a team, minimum 3 years verifiable experience for anything higher than a helper.

    + Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day

    + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

    + Prior experience in the commercial field required

    + Position may require a drug screen
