    This is an In-House Temp position with a possibility of becoming perm based on performance .

    Our Assoc Recruiter is accountable for:

    + Helping candidates with I9 process

    + Signing people in, answering phones

    + Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants via job boards and applicant tracking system

    + Collaborating with Mangers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices

    Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

    + Customer/ Candidate centric, with ability to develop important relationships with prospects, candidates, and hiring leaders

    + Results driven, accomplishing tasks, goals and expectations with focus and resiliency

    + Committed, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy and passion

    + Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction

    + Strong communication and listening skills to engage various audiences, verbally and in writing

    + Ability to quickly and strategically adapt to and get results in a fast paced, challenging and demanding work environmentMicrosoft Computer skills, Excel, Outlook etc.

     

    Seeking minimum of 1 years' experience in an Entry level professional role.
