What part will you play?
+ GAF Energy is seeking a Production Coordinator to drive new community homes, commercial, factory-built, and military housing solar roof installation projects from sales handoff to inspection passed status.
+ This exciting role will report to the Project Coordination Supervisor and will work within a cross-functional team to coordinate with internal team members, new homes builders, and roofing and electrical sub-contractors in order to ensure projects move to completion.
What will you do?
+ Manage and coordinate project activities, ensuring timely communication and accurate reporting of project progress and updates.
+ Liaise between Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to support project execution and completion.
+ Assign tasks to internal teams, assist with scheduling, and ensure alignment with project timelines.
+ Oversee the project order fulfillment process, tracking progress and proactively addressing any issues or delays.
+ Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and resolve any obstacles that arise.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and provide regular project updates while working with Territory Managers to resolve any challenges.
+ Work closely with Field Construction Managers to address and eliminate any obstacles hindering project progress.
+ Develop, maintain, and organize comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
What do we require from you?
+ Minimum of 2 years prior experience in project coordination or similar role.
+ Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in a sales-driven environment.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and effectively convey information with internal and external teams in all levels of the organization.
+ Highly skilled in coordination and planning, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
+ Experience in residential solar or roofing preferred.
+ This position requires full-time, on-site presence Monday through Friday.
