2nd Shift Production Supervisor

**Location:** Skokie, IL

**Salary:** $70,000 - $75,000

**Type:** Direct Hire

**Hours:** 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Job Description:

+ Direct daily operations in assigned departments, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

+ Manage continuous improvement projects and participate in R&D for new product developments.

+ Oversee associate performance, accountability, and development.

+ Coordinate and optimize staffing and schedules; mentor department leads.

+ Address safety and quality concerns; initiate corrective actions.

+ Facilitate accident reporting and equipment maintenance.

+ Maintain QA standards and manage audit preparation.

+ Conduct and validate employee work documentation.

+ Support cross-departmental initiatives and company priorities.

+ Actively engage in continuous improvement and efficiency tracking.

+ Conduct RedZone forums and review quality checks.

Knowledge & Skills:

+ **Associate degree or 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 2+ years in food manufacturing supervision.**

+ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

+ Proficient in audit documentation and computer applications.

Training Requirements:

+ Complete GMP, allergen, safety, HACCP, and SQF training.

+ Understand HR policies and OSHA regulations.

+ Participate in annual continued education (40 hours).
