In this role, you’ll deliver customer orders from our warehouse using a company vehicle (no CDL required!) while also supporting general warehouse operations. Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule— **no weekends or overnight travel required.**
Job Details
+ **Schedule Options:**
+ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM _(50% Driving / 50% Material Handling)_
+ **Pay Rate:** $19 per hour
+ **Employment Type:** Temp-to-Hire
+ **Location:** Naples, FL **Key Responsibilities**
+ Deliver products safely and on time to customer locations
+ Provide friendly, professional customer service at each stop
+ Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to ensure timely drop-offs
+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
+ Load and unload vehicles in accordance with safety standards
+ Accurately receive, pick, pack, label, and stage orders
+ Verify shipment accuracy and inspect product quality
+ Prepare materials for delivery by wrapping or packaging as needed
+ Perform vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs
+ Adhere to all DOT, safety, and company compliance standards
+ Relay customer feedback and promote company products/services as appropriate
Requirements
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills
+ Physically able to perform warehouse and delivery tasks (must pass pre-employment physical)
+ Experience operating warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
+ Ability to drive vehicles with a GVW of 26,000 lbs. or less
+ Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
+ Steel-toed boots required (ankle-high steel toe boots)
+ CDL is not required, but you must pass a DOT medical exam.
