**JOB SUMMARY** :
Evaluates software applications by meticulously creating test plans and test data, testing the system functionality to identify bugs, errors, and inconsistencies, ensuring the application system meets established quality standards and delivers a seamless user experience by providing feedback to the development team to fix issues before release. Actively seeks opportunities for automation for regression and business process automation.

• Collaborate with different departments and stakeholders to conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify well-suited process for process automation and potential automation opportunities
• Identify, predict and address any issues that could arise, such as handling exceptions or managing changes in data inputs
• Utilize testing procedures and perform test execution
o Create testcases/scenarios and test plans
o Execute testing and provide feedback to developers and stakeholders
o Present timely testing status to stakeholders & management on testing progress
o Prepare and circulate defect tracking
o Ensure that testing Process and Procedures are followed during SIT and UAT
o Use test management tools
• Perform test automation
o Use test automation tools to automate repeatable tests
o Utilization of error handling
o Use programming languages such as Python, Java, C# and SQL to write custom scripts and automation
o Perform continuous monitoring and maintenance/enhancement of automated test solutions
o Set up dashboards that track process automation performance
o Develop/create comprehensive documentation that covers every aspect of automation, including design, code, and testing procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY:
Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE** :
• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related work experience or High school diploma and 5+ years equivalent experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company
• Experience working in various SDLC processes including Agile
• Experience with Cloud Computing, Cloud Security, Cloud solution
• Solid experience with testing procedures and test execution
• Understanding, experience/knowledge of test automation is a plus
**COMPETENCIES: (** as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
Proficiency in analyzing business and functional documents, identifying and defining project scope, understanding technical specifications and setup test environment, set clear goals and expectations, manage multiple priorities, prioritize activities, facilitate the collection of technical, operational or business requirements, set milestones and follow through to successful completion.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation and problem resolution
• Expertise with MS-Office specifically Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint
• Strong documentation and communication skills
Ability to effectively create testcases/scenarios and execute the test plan
• Ability to perform comprehensive and rigorous testing to ensure applications and systems operate accurately and reliably across various scenarios
• Ability to create input datasets, define expected outputs, and validate the behavior of automate process under different conditions
