Position Overview** **:
As part of the talented Mercury team, you will be part of the Plant 103 Parts & Accessories Global Distribution Center. As an inventory control analyst, you will be responsible for administering inventory control processes and procedures involving parts and accessories within the distribution operation. Apply materials management concepts to ensure continual flow of parts and accessories products to meet customer demands through supply chain best practices and processes already established while identifying and implementing missing processes and procedures. Through influencing, leading and hands on, apply strong inventory management practices to ensure the integrity of the parts and accessories business of material flow from time of receipt to put away to point of sale.

Essential Functions:
+ Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
+ Direct responsibility for cycle counting program of onsite inventory.
+ Work with Finance to overseeing cycle count and inventory accuracy activities
+ Maintain acceptable level of inventory accuracy and count volumes
+ Investigate and resolve errors and take appropriate actions to identify and fix root causes.
+ Review, analyze and monitor inventory valuation, cycle count accuracy and location utilization.
+ Support the transaction and resolution of defective/on hold inventory.
+ Oversight of company scrap process for excess & obsolete inventory at the facility.
+ Interface with regions both domestically & internationally to investigate shipping variances and further adjust onsite inventory accordingly.
+ Manage Bill of Material (BOM) transitions, supersession maintenance, and sourcing resources projects.
+ Identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities in area of responsibility.
+ Monthly measurement and report of key performance indicators including customer fill rate, inventory position, turns, and cycle counts adjustments.
+ Maintain a good working relationship with all customers (both internal and external).

Required Qualifications:
+ 18+ years or older
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Engineering Technologies.
+ Advance PC skills in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI and Visio.
+ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse operations.
+ Demonstrated ability to solve practical problems.
+ Strong cross functional/team leadership and project management skills.
+ Customer service-oriented mentality with the ability to follow instructions.
+ Good organization skills with strong attention to detail
+ Technical and logical capability to solve problems
+ Must be able to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal oversight required.
+ Ability to maintain a professional demeanor.
+ The ability to communicate and comprehend information both verbal and written with work associates and customers in the completion of job responsibilities and other needs so others will understand. Proficiency in English both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Previous working knowledge of distribution warehouse management system with Manhattan WMS or similar application.
+ Lean Six Sigma methodology, Green Belt Certification.
Working Conditions:
+ Be able to work in a fast-paced environment as business needs dictate.
+ The position will require sitting, standing, and walking in both an office and warehouse environment.
+ The position may require moving totes/boxes weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently, twisting, bending, climbing, grasping, and other repetitive movements.
+ The position will require on-site support Monday - Friday between the hours of **1pm-9pm** , which occasionally could encompass time outside normal shift work hours, weekend work and holidays as operational needs dictate.
The anticipated pay range for this position is $53,100 - $83,800 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
