Staff Management | SMX in Pharr, Texas is hiring Processors and Material/Package Handler's to join our warehouse team. In this position associates will be handling freight with sorting, unloading / loading from conveyor to place in assigned store staging area. Shift information:

+ **1st Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (with possible scheduled overtime)

Pay Rate: $11.00 - $12.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)

+ Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)

+ Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits

+ Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

+ Complete diary logs into inventory

+ Report any discrepancies

+ Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

Position Requirements:

+ Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker

+ Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems

+ Familiarity with warehousing practices and methods

+ Good organizational and time management skills

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
