Leidos** has a new and exciting opportunity for a **Sr. Instructor – PSAC (Personnel Security Adjudication Course)** in our **National Security Sector's (NSS) Cyber & Analytics Business Area (CABA)** . This role is PART TIME - This will be an ongoing part-time position, with 10 hours one month and at least 20 hours the following month for an extended period of time. **100% remote and security clearance NOT required.**

You will have demonstrated expertise in personnel security adjudication and support Government staff in the following:

+ Developing an ON-LINE Personnel Security Adjudication Course (up to 20 hours per session) and would have 10 hours the month prior to review and prepare.

+ 10-20 hours per month. Courses run every other month; 20 hours per month when teaching; up to 10 hours preparation in the off month.

+ Adjudicator knowledge and experience is more important than instructor experience.

+ Facilitating all programs to train all levels of personnel across the organization.

+ Providing dedicated support to one specific office; general support to other Directorates, Offices, and Centers as required.

+ Administers experiential learning experiences/simulations.

+ Keeps abreast of information technology training needs, trends, methods, new materials, and techniques.

Qualifications:

+ Requires a minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA, Minimum of 7 years with PhD, will consider 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree.

+ Requires demonstrated expertise in personnel security adjudication.

+ Previous experience as an Instructor in the Intelligence Community preferred.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
