The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a highly skilled PACAF C5ISRO Systems Engineer to join our team at Hickam Air Base, Hawaii. This position demands a seasoned professional capable of analyzing, designing, and implementing C5ISR JWICS systems capabilities. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing integration and implementation plans, evaluating both Commercial and Government Off-The-Shelf (COTS/GOTS) hardware and software applications, and supporting system operations and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and refine plans and designs for C4I system capabilities.

+ Prepare and execute integration and implementation plans and schedules.

+ Evaluate and provide recommendations on COTS/GOTS hardware and software solutions.

+ Monitor project status, prepare milestone reports, and present updates to program managers and client staff.

+ Deliver technical and administrative support for system installation, testing, administration, maintenance, and programming.

+ Provide operational and maintenance support for C4I systems, including system administration, troubleshooting, and network repairs.

+ Support the installation and upgrade of C4I architectures as directed by the government.

+ Collaborate with PACAF PA-ESC and other theater-wide system engineers and government managers to implement technical solutions across sites.

+ Maintain proficiency in network protocols and operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and UNIX.

+ Stay current on web, Intelink, and intranet technologies, processes, and applications.

+ Apply knowledge of DoD Information Security Policies and emerging information warfare concepts.

+ Understand military operations, organizational structures, and operational information requirements.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (additional years of experience may substitute for a degree).

+ Over 8 years of experience in C4I-related activities.

+ Active TS/SCI Clearance.

+ Current Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification.

+ DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II – Security+ certification.

+ Experience configuring network devices.

+ Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification.

+ Experience with VMware and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).

+ Familiarity with Air Force intelligence systems and joint programs such as GALE and GCCS.

+ Strong project management, written, and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to analyze problems methodically and develop proactive solutions.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
