The Harry Potter Store Chicago is hiring!

We are hosting a two-day Hiring Event for Associates at the Harry Potter store in Chicago!

**Event Location** : The Harry Potter Store Chicago at 676 N Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60611 (Magnificent Mile).

**When:** Tuesday, May 13th from 9 am-12:30 pm and Wednesday, May 14th from 9 am-12:30 pm.

We are hiring seasonal Associates for the following departments:

+ **Sales Associate**

+ **Back** **of House Operations Associate**

+ **Visual Merchandise Associate**

Length of Employment (two options)

Summer Seasonal Position:

+ 3 month position from the beginning of June until the end of August

+ Average of 20 hours per week

Temporary Part-Time Position:

+ 6 month position beginning in June and ending the beginning of January 2026

+ Opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week

What to expect:

+ You will check in with our team before your interview time at the Butter Beer Café near the front entrance. Upon arrival you will fill out a check-in sheet which will ask you what roles you are interested in and what your weekly availability is.

+ After check-in, an Assistant Store Manager will take you on a tour of the store. While on the tour please be prepared to answer questions regarding your experience and retail background.

+ After your tour, you will be escorted back to the check-in area and be provided with instructions on what to expect next.

+ Estimated Tour & Interview Duration: 20 minutes

+ Must be eligible to legally work in the United States

+ Ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings, and varying shifts.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Chicago. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. **Pay Rate: $19 per hour** . Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
