The Engine Systems Design Integration organization (EDSI) is looking for a **Systems Analysis & Integration Lead** for Advanced Commercial Engine Programs (ACEP). The selected candidate will be responsible for system-level contract proposals, design studies, and project management for a variety of projects, including system-level technology demonstrators and product design studies through full product program proposals. This position reports to the Systems Analysis Manager in PSA and works directly with partners and Airframer customers.
What You Will Do:
+ Preparation for the key Next Generation Single Aisle (NGSA), SWITCH, CLEEN, and X-66 demo programs, and is growing to successfully execute a wide variety of technology development plans to prepare for the launch of new programs.
+ Lead advanced commercial engine cycle development and optimization, working directly with Airbus, Boeing, and other partners.
+ Collaborate and integrate with the EDSI team, chief engineers, and engineering organization to develop winning solutions; Embrace knowledge capture, read across, and communities of practice and training across EDSI and Module Centers.
+ Leverage advanced concept definition skills, standard work, tools, and simplified analytical iterations.
+ Engage in cross-training opportunities in Systems Design and Systems Analysis.
+ Travel up to 10-20% (Domestic and International).
What You Will Learn:
+ A wide variety of topics across the whole engine while substantially influencing P&W’s future.
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of engineering experience, or an Advanced degree in a related field and 7 years of engineering experience.
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX Corporate will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ A Bachelor of Science or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or an Engineering degree will be considered on an exception basis if relevant experience is demonstrated.
+ Expertise and demonstrated experience in gas turbine engine cycle performance and operability.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.

**Department/Segment Overview** : The Engine Design & Systems Integration (EDSI) - The EDSI Commercial Engines and Military Engines organizations are focused on delivering systems solutions to meet customer requirements, driving engineering quality and productivity, and developing the next generation of systems engineers. EDSI is responsible for the integration of components, modules, and sub-systems into world-class commercial and military propulsion systems.

+ Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
_Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility._
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
