Raytheon - Air and Space Defense Systems (ASDS) is **seeking an Intelligence** **Analyst** **(Data Modeler) - Manager** to join a growing team within the Space Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

INCUMBENT TALENT ONLY - candidates are required to be active members on the awarded contract

What You Will Do

+ Create visibility Models that improve asset posture optimization and enhance resource allocation strategies

+ Generate Models and workflows that streamline the collection and Analysis of data

+ Utilize machine learning

+ Lead efforts in cross-site collaboration with external organizations to ensure data sharing and mission objective alignment

+ Establish Training pipelines as well as maintain a knowledge repository

+ Work in a closed environment where frequent and direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers ​

+ Perform work in the near real-time decision-making environment and successfully complete required Operations Certification Process when filling in on proficiency shifts

+ Perform outlined duties on a rotating 24/7, 12-hour rotating shift schedule when filling in on proficiency shifts

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 8 years minimum relevant experience in Intelligence Analysis and Data Modeling

+ Must be an INCUMBENT on the current contract with experience supporting training efforts

+ Anactiveand in-scope TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredforconsideration. U.S. citizenship isrequired, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Ability to distinguish the difference between colors on a computer monitor (specifically red, blue, white and green)

+ Knowledge or experience performing satellite mission support in a near real-time operations environment

+ Experience monitoring satellite activities in a related field

+ Modeling development, creation and enhancement experience

+ Military certifications such as Electronic Warfare/ Signals Analyst

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
