You will be an Unmanned Systems Sustainment Specialist for our team supporting U\.S\. Army Special Operations Forces\. Our team is responsible for ensuring the readiness and reliability of Unmanned Systems \(UMS\) used by our nation's elite forces\.
What You Will Be Doing
As an Unmanned Systems Sustainment Specialist, you will be responsible for providing lifecycle sustainment and maintenance support for UMS, including facilitating repairs, training, and fault identification\. You will work closely with operators and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation and minimal downtime\.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting life cycle sustainment and maintenance activities for UMS
• Performing immediate repairs and troubleshooting to minimize system downtime
• Providing training and technical assistance to operators and maintenance teams
• Identifying and diagnosing faults to ensure prompt repair and return to service
• Collaborating with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and materials

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U\.S\. government contract that requires a company\-sponsored clearance to start\.
Basic Qualifications:
Active Security Clearance
Experience utilizing/ maintaining Army Unmanned Systems \(UMS\)\.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with GCSS\-A\.
Experience serving in U\.S\. Army Special Operations Forces\.
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.
**Clearance Level:** Top Secret

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
