Who You Are
KBR seeks a experienced Site Program Lead who shall be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel working in a specified foreign country.
What You’ll Do
As a Site Program Lead, you will be responsible for all aspects of the deployment and management of contractor support personnel assigned to work in a specific foreign country. You will be located OCONUS 100% onsite.
Tasks include, but are not limited to:
+ Fully coordinate and collaborate on all tasks, activities, requirements and issues as they pertain to the support of the Customer, with the COTR
+ Identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk.
+ Develop plans and schedules, and define and document the implementation of requirements
+ Use established program management procedures to monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; assess variances of the plan and take necessary corrective action.
+ Review and clarify contract requirements as they are dispensed from the requirements management tool, and propose cleared, qualified personnel to expeditiously fulfill the requirements
+ Identify potential downstream issues that may negatively affect meeting requirements and provide recommendations to mitigate negative impacts
+ Manage customer expectations with proactive, consistent and transparent communication.
+ Ensure continuity of support with contractor personnel changes and approving of TO staffing alignments /allocations
+ Interface with the TO CO, TO COTR and Government leadership
+ Oversee the execution of the Transition Plan
+ Oversee the management and implementation of the PMP
This is a contingent position based upon contract award
Requirements
+ Must be a US Citizen
+ Must possess a US TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus eight (8) years’ experience in Management level positions OR ;
+ Bachelor’s degree in any field with (8) years’ experience in project level positions PLUS six (6) years’ experience in the field of Engineering or Business
+ Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
+ Knowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning, coordinating and executing support to special events
+ Familiarity and willingness to manage in a 24/7/365 operational environment
