CACI is looking for a Pursuit Excellence Capture Manager (CM) to provide multi-disciplined support to strategic capture efforts. The CM will work closely with Pursuit Excellence senior capture leadership in all aspects of the capture effort, to include: initial opportunity assessment and positioning, strategy development, teaming, solution development, proposal development, and price strategy.
The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated experience in the federal proposal lifecycle, although not necessarily in large capture management specifically. Experience may include:
• Capture Management of small-medium size opportunities
• Business Development of large ($100M+) opportunities
• Proposal Management of large ($100M+) opportunities
• Solution Architecture of large ($100M+) opportunities
• Program Management of large ($100M+) federal contract opportunities
Responsibilities:
The candidate will lead pursuit strategy throughout every aspect of strategic capture. Candidate will be a key member of CACI’s Pursuit Excellence and proposal team; will lead strategic planning and implementation, to include engaging with senior leaders from across CACI; and will gain experience and mentorship working alongside an experienced and motivated Pursuit Excellence leadership team. In addition to leading assigned capture opportunities, the CM will provide strategic analysis, review, and support to other priority opportunities and partner with business development to screen potential priority pursuits.
The Capture Manager leads and directs strategic capture efforts across the corporation to support the entire growth lifecycle. Core areas of support may include one or more of the following:
1. Opportunity initial assessment, positioning, and strategy planning
2. Comprehensive capture strategy development and execution
3. Long-term positioning strategy development and execution
4. Strategic pricing
5. Executive engagement
Qualifications:
1. BS/BA degree (or equivalent experience), 10+ years of related experience, and a minimum of 5 years of experience across the following areas:
2. Capture Management of small-medium size federal contract opportunities
• Business Development of large ($100M+) federal contract opportunities
• Proposal Management of large ($100M+) federal contract opportunities
• Solution Architecture of large ($100M+) federal contract opportunities
• Program Management of large ($100M+) federal contract opportunities
3. Experience leading teams of 5+ individuals
4. Ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels of detail to executive, customer, and pursuit team audiences
Desired Skills:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
2. ITIL Certified (current) or equivalent
3. Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
4. Experience as a federal proposal color reviewer
5. Understanding of AAS (formerly FEDSIM) acquisition practices
6. Federal security clearance eligibility (up to TS/SCI/Poly)

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$119,800 - $263,600
