As a Shipping Supervisor at our Danville VF warehouse, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and opportunities to make a significant impact. You'll oversee daily warehouse activities, manage and develop staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency.

*This role will cover 3** **rd shift*

Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6:30am

**What You Need to Succeed:** While formal education in a related field is beneficial, we value your 2+ years of related experience and professional achievements the most. Here are the foundation skills you'll need to excel in this position:

+ Experience: 2+ years of equivalent warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

+ Technical Proficiency: Experience and proficiency with WMS (PkMS) or other comparable WMS, RF, and MHE technologies.

+ Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.

+ Leadership: Ability to lead, coach, and develop staff to improve performance and achieve goals.

+ Prioritization: Ability to balance and prioritize competing demands.

+ Communication: Ability to interact with all levels of management with confidence and respect.

+ Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Computer Skills: Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office).

+ Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Bi-lingual - Spanish preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:

+ Education: Bachelor’s Degree.

Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:

+ Flexibility: Ability to be flexible and willing to work extended hours, including weekends, as necessary.

Hiring Range** **:

$50,048.00 USD - $62,560.00 USD annually

**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
