    Position Summary

    We’re seeking a proactive, detail-orientedSales Operations Managerto work directly with our CEO to grow the business. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is eager to learn healthcare B2B sales, support strategic marketing efforts, and help streamline our sales process.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales Support:

    + Help prepare for and follow up on sales calls and Zoom presentations

    + Coordinate proposal materials, pricing sheets, and follow-up emails

    + Track deals and deadlines in our CRM (PipeDrive)

    Marketing Execution:

    + Assist with email marketing campaigns (uploading contacts, scheduling sends)

    + Monitor campaign performance and help refine targeting

    + Ensure clean and organized contact data

    Operational Admin:

    + Maintain sales reports and dashboards

    + Schedule prospect meetings and manage calendar logistics

    + Support CEO with special projects related to business development

    What We’re Looking For

    + Strong organizational and communication skills

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and open to learning tools like PipeDrive, AutoKlose, Apollo, ChatGPT and others

    + Comfortable with Zoom and professional virtual communication

    + Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn the ins and outs of hospital support service sales

    Compensation & Benefits

    + Base Salary:$60,000 annually

    + Performance Bonus:Up to $2,500 per quarter based on clear milestones

    Job Qualifications

    + 2+ years of experience in Hospital Administration support, operations, marketing coordination, or a related field (internships and entry-level experience welcome)

    + Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation tools

    + Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

    Education Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred

    + Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
