    Conagra (Menomonie, WI)


    Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM

     

    Hourly Rate: $27.81 an hour

     

    As a member of the Sanitation team you will perform General Sanitation work plant-wide at the Menomonie, WI plant. You will be a member of the Sanitation Department reporting to the plant Sanitation Manager.

    You Will:

    + Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety. Ensure no Safety incidents to Self or Others.

    + Perform sanitation in assigned areas. Included: Floors, walls, ceilings, overhead pipes, ventilation units, warehouse racks, roof tops, dock plates.

    + Help with general facility maintenance

    + Help with emergency cleaning tasks (interior and exterior)

    + Help Production areas with yearly tear down cleaning tasks

    + Accurate documentation and recording of work completed.

    + Support CPS activities

    + Perform other tasks as directed by Supervisor or Sanitation Crew Coordinator

    + Regular, reliable attendance is necessary

    + Responsible for Food Safety and Quality

    You Have:

    + **Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.**

    + Working knowledge of Sanitation, Safe practices and Food Safety

    + Operate required equipment - Ex) forklift, man lift, etc.

    + Basic mechanical aptitude

    + Flexibility in daily routine to support where needed

    + Enter confined spaces and work at elevated heights

    + Heavy manual lifting required. Lifting up to 50 lbs
