    Salary: $80,000 to $90,000

    Job Summary

    Are you an experienced culinary professional looking to advance your career? As our Culinary Manager, you will be at the forefront of our culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution and an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead back-of-house food service operations with a focus on quality culinary processes and financial reporting.

    + Develop innovative menus and manage inventory, purchasing, labor, and food cost controls.

    + Maintain rigorous cleanliness expectations and coordinate personnel operations, including hiring, mentoring, advising, training, and growth.

    + Conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

    + Participate actively in employee meetings and training programs to foster team development and collaboration.

    + Manage purchasing and inventory controls to maintain food costs while ensuring high-quality standards.

    + Complete assigned duties and special projects as needed, showcasing a proactive and determined approach.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Five years of kitchen management experience with a proven track record of success.

    + 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, showcasing your ability to lead and encourage a team.

    + A self-starter who is innovative and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    + Maintains a positive attitude under pressure and has a passion for motivating and developing team members.

    + A profound passion for excellence and a dedication to delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

    + Knowledgeable about HACCP controls and accurate food storage and handling practices.

    + Experience in purchasing, food storage, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

    + Proficient in P&L and financial reporting with a detailed understanding of budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls.

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train staff effectively.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Outstanding business etiquette and client relations abilities, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

    + Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs, demonstrating physical stamina and resilience.

    + Knowledge of safe and sanitary food handling principles, adhering to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
