    + Maintain a positive attitude

    + Control discounts and expenses to contribute positively to ZOLL's profitability

    + Hire, educate, retain and promote talented sales people

    + Foster a team environment within your Region

    + Communicate, implement, and monitor the Hospital Strategic Plan

    + Develop Territory Managers through coaching and positive reinforcement

    + Spend an average of three days per week working in the field with your TM's

    + Set expectations for the Territory Managers and insect what you expect

    + Know, manage, and update your regional book of business to ensure quota achievement by all Territory Managers that report to you

    + Provide timely, accurate forecasts in Salesforce.com and all other required paperwork

    + Become a company expert and resource on both ZOLL and competitive products

    + Master both Customers Oriented and Strategic Selling skills

    + Responsible for field reinforcement of products and positioning strategy

    + Lead by example, motivate and inspire your team

    + Communicate openly and share information with others

    + Analyze and report on trends that you observe within your Region

     

    Required/Preferred Education and Experience

     

    + University degree preferred

    + 5 - 10+ years of related sales experience or ZOLL experience required

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

     

    + Knowledge of ZOLL and competitive products

    + Strategic and customer-oriented selling skills

    + Professional and ethical behavior and character

    + Organizational/Territory Time Management skills

    + Good interpersonal and communication skills

    + Basic technical and clinical knowledge to speak competently about ZOLL products

    + Intermediate computer skill

    + Ability to lift 25 lbs
