The Role
The Sr. Manager, Public Sector Project Management will oversee our Project/Configuration Management team. The candidate should have experience in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, meeting contractual performance criteria and deadlines during service delivery, and ensuring overall project completion successfully.

Active Top Secret with Full Scope Poly Required.

Location
The nature of the work requires full-time on-site presence at our Herndon Virginia office located at 2900 Towerview Road.
The Main Responsibilities
•Lead and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
•Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Collaborate with senior leadership to define project priorities, goals, and deliverables.
•Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and executive management.
•Maintain and control configuration items, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Look For in a Candidate
**•** Active Top Secret with Full Scope Poly required
•Five plus years of experience in project management
•Three plus years’ experience in a leadership role
•Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
•PMP / ITIL or equivalent project / configuration management certification is a plus
•Strong understanding of project / configuration management methodologies
•Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
•Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges:
$142,603 - $190,137 in these states: VA.
