Role Summary
The Military Analyst will provide training development support, doctrine development support, and doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, education, personnel, facilities, and policy (DOTMLPF-P) integration support to the TRADOC Proponent Office for the Multi-Domain Task Force (TPO-MDTF). Candidate will, design, develop, and integrate operating concepts for MDTF formations.
Education/Experience/Required Clearance :
+ Operational experience (e.g. as a member of a brigade-level or higher organization) with a background in Multi-Domain Operations (MDO)
+ Demonstrated knowledge the MDTF and MDO in LSCO
+ Five + years of military experience with the knowledge of doctrinal, training, and educational development processes
+ Preferred experience as a Doctrine/Capability Integrator
+ Familiarity in the employment of ADDIE
+ Familiarity with the employment of TDC to construct training products
+ Must hold a Secret Level Personal Security Clearance
Other Qualifications:
+ Must be a United States Citizen
+ Possess clear and precise oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Submit to required background checks
+ Able to meet requirements to work on a military installation, including having a valid state driver's license and car insurance.
+ Be self-motivated with ability to establish priorities and effectively manage time to complete multiple tasks within specified timeframes
+ Be organized with a strong sense of urgency
+ Adhere to established guidelines and procedures
+ Demonstrate high standards of quality and accuracy
+ Be in attendance and punctual as scheduled
+ Be completely functional in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
+ Maintain a US Passport
+ Be able to travel in support of the mission up to 10% of the time
