We are looking for an Associate Director, Global Procurement; Market Access to help shape the development and execution of the Category Management strategy for Patient Programs & Market Access. This person works collaboratively with these business partners to competitively assess the global supply base capabilities and qualifications for Regeneron’s interests. You will own supplier relationships, lead various sourcing projects, and manage ongoing performance and service delivery.

_This role is based at our Sleepy Hollow, NY location with hybrid onsite work (3 days a week) and is not open to fully remote assignments._

A typical day might include the following:

+ Works closely with the Director of Market Access Procurement and the VP of Commercial Procurement to develop and support the procurement activities needed to support Regeneron’s Market Access Team

+ Acts as a primary point of contact – both global and domestic for stakeholders, key suppliers and business partners

+ Develops plans to drive value in terms of savings, cash flow improvement, speed, and other efficiency savings from category management activities

+ Continually improving efficient global procurement processes, leveraging the appropriate parts of Global Procurement as needed

+ Lead Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), negotiations and planning discussions with suppliers

+ Learning about REGN’s portfolio of products and the goods and services required to support the future portfolio

+ Assesses market research, competitive benchmarking, supplier and stakeholder input with an eye towards designing the optimal way to support REGN objectives

+ Designing and leading sourcing activities leveraging a Team Specialist and the Global Capabilities Centre

This role might be for you if you:

+ Have strong experience successfully managing category processes, and suppliers across a breadth of categories

+ Are adept at influencing stakeholders and suppliers

+ Can demonstrate success working effectively with cross-functional teams to get results

+ Have prior experience in procurement, particularly market access procurement

+ Can provide insight and knowledge regarding negotiations, sourcing project design, stakeholder management and SRM

+ Use external data sources, market information, and supplier engagement to constantly improve Regeneron’s knowledge of supply market dynamics.

+ Are experienced operating with integrity, focus, and clarity in an environment of ambiguity to motivate change and improvement.

+ Demonstrated success supporting global supply market evaluation processes using all available market intelligence, risk, compliance, and financial assessment tools.

To be considered, you must possess a bachelor's degree and +10 years meaningful procurement experience. A CPSM/CPM/CTPE Certification is helpful. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding with sourcing contracting tools, ERP’s, and eRFx systems preferred. (Oracle, Zycus, GEP, Ariba, Other) And ability to use standard business applications for communicating, presenting and analyzing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

$154,800.00 - $252,800.00
