    Position Summary: Responsible for accurate scheduling of production orders to support production and feeder areas to ensure timely completion of internal build schedules and to meet department objectives and goals.

    Essential Functions:

    + Communicates with Master Scheduler and other PC personnel to understand daily, weekly and monthly requirements.

    + Staging of released orders to support production build schedules

    + Staging filled orders on the cell level

    + Completes assigned daily reports

    + Ensure synchronization of feeder operations to achieve departmental goals

    + Expediting orders

    + Problem solve straggler orders

    + Coordinate efforts with supply chain management and other supporting departments

    + Audit orders for production order accuracy

    + Assist in improving scheduling process and flow to achieve 100% on time delivery

    + Utilize computer equipment as required to perform job assignment

    + Provide backup for Senior Scheduler

    Other Responsibilities and Duties:

    + Maintain clean and safe work area, and follow safety practices and procedures.

    + Record / report material, production, or equipment problems.

    + Performs other work related duties as assigned.

    + Actively support and participate in the continuous improvement process.

    Required Experience:

    + Pay rate $17-$18 per hour

    + Required –Microsoft Word, Office & intermediate-to-advanced EXCEL skills

    + Required - Navision

    + General math skills

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    + Ability to Multi task

    + Ability to Organize
