The stated pay range is based on a national-average location. Actual salary is determined by factors including relevant work experience, skills and location. This position is bonus eligible.
CNO Financial Group’s **Consumer Division** is hiring a **Learning Management Systems (LMS) Analyst,** to work with the LMS team, using Agile methodology, and partners with program managers and directors, instructional designers, and various partners and external vendors to manage, track, and report on CNO’s primary Learning Management System and its assets.
This is your opportunity to execute projects, programs, and reporting in support of the standards and responsibilities of the Learning Systems team which delivers on the Learning & Development objectives of the CNO enterprise.
As a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Analyst,** **your responsibilities will include:
+ Supporting the capture and execution of user stories that are complete, feasible, prioritized, and unambiguous.
+ Performing hands-on activities to support programs hosted on Cornerstone (solutioning, testing, launching, reporting, including business submission and compliance, including levels 1 and 2 technical support.
+ Collaborating with project members to document and test specifications.
+ Demonstrating analytical thinking skills by breaking down complex problems or processes and identify cause and effect patterns, looking for problems through trends and analysis of end user issues and system data.
+ Quality assurance testing course content and LMS configuration including program setup of content, reports, and additional features (such as: custom pages, knowledge banks, organizational unit relationships, assignments).
The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Analyst, position** **is well-suited for you if you:
+ Have experience with decision making and executing skills with an LMS having demonstrated the end-to-end execution of a learning program for a specific audience (subset of the total users).
+ Are confident with basic HTML, course authoring software outputs, level one ticket systems and process.
+ Possess excellent analytic capabilities with a firm foundation of statistical analysis and integrity.
+ Hold solid communication skills that bridge cultural, hierarchical, and technical difference; ability to communicate clearly to all audiences.
+ Are driven for continuous learning and the improvement of systems and processes through accepted methodologies and empirical data.
+ Work collaboratively across department, shared services, with vendors, and other business teams.
+ Are comfortable working with a remote team using Microsoft applications efficiently.
What you’ll need:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related degree or eight years of equivalent experience.
+ Five years in similar role as analyst or administrator.
+ Two years working with learning technologies.
What will set you apart:
+ Certified Agile Professional, and/or Learning CSX Specialist.
+ Seven years as an analyst or administrator for an LMS.
+ Five years on a functional team following an Agile methodology.
+ Cornerstone LMS experience.
+ Insurance industry experience preferred.

Associates who live outside of a 60-mile radius of a corporate office (Birmingham, Carmel, Chicago, Orlando and Milwaukee) may perform this role full-time work from home (WFH) from any US based location, as long as you are willing to work central or eastern time zone hours.
All associates may be asked to travel to varying corporate offices periodically. Work cannot be performed from outside of the United States.
