• Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator

    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator to join their team. As a Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Fastener Cleaning - Treating Operator

    **Location:** Tyrone, PA

    **Pay Range:** $17.50 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Setup, operate, and continually load/unload various machines associated with fastener parts cleaning and treatment operations.

    + Maintain the flow of parts into and out of equipment efficiently and timely.

    + Transport materials through the department using powered lift trucks and manual means.

    + Perform general departmental maintenance including machine cleaning and quality checks.

    + Accurately perform and record results of Quality Control Tests on parts being heat treated.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High School Graduate or GED desired.

    + Experience operating and/or maintaining machinery in a manufacturing setting.

    + Mechanical ability to make adjustments to machinery for maximum efficiency.

    + Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

    + Commitment to personal safety and following all safety requirements.
